Misty and her brother Dewey and sister Comet are siblings in the first
litter we whelped. These three puppies were our keepers from the
litter of seven. They jumped the number of our Siberian Husky
kids from four to seven.
Conformation
Misty's debut in the conformation ring
(photo at left)was
impressive as she went WB for 1 point at the age of 6 months 5 days.
She followed that performance by winning her class next time out 3
weeks later. Three times now Misty has gone WB when JR
went WD in the same show; at the Delaware Water Gap KC she was
WB, BOW and now has 4 points.
Misty was Best of Opposite Sex to Best
Puppy In Sweeps to her cousin JR at the Garden State Siberian
Husky Club Specialty on May 28. She followed that with 2
BOS and her 1st BOB to get to 9 single points in early
June 2006, and now
needs her 2 majors to finish her Championship title. Misty
was out of coat for several months, due at least in part to the
weird early winter weather in NJ. We finally brought her back
out in February 2007. At the Chesapeake Siberian Husky Club
Specialty on March 4, 2007 Misty went WB out of BBE for a
5 point major and now needs just one major for her
Championship. On May 27 at the Garden State Siberian Husky
Club Specialty Misty went WB, BOW for a 4 point major
and her Championship!
